Purchasing

Our knowledgable Purchasing Depatrtment is experienced with the requirements of materials specification, certification, and procurement. All purchases are fully documented and source tracable to mill certification. All purchase orders, requisitions for materials, or out-sourced services are reviewed and monitored by our Quality Assurance Department, and are fully inspected for conformance as a normal part of our Quality Assurance Program. All out-sourcedservices are performed only by vendors which are approved, regularly surveyed, and monitored as a normal part of out QA Program.

Coordination Of Out-Sourcing Services.

All required outside service operations are fully integrated into our normal production schedules and controls. Any necessary out-sourced services are administrated by our Purchasing Department and are fully inspected by Quality Control for conformance immediately upon arrival. Out-sourced in-process operations or inspections can be conveniently coordinated into our normal operational schedules, controls and safeguards.
