Over Fifty CNC Production Machines Computer Controlled Machining Centers & Computer Controlled Lathes 3, 4 & 5 Axis Capable Our versatile equipment and operations are geared around efficient computer controlled equipment featuring automatic tool changers and pallet shuttle material handling systems. That's why we can produce efficiently enough to economically compete with your in-house production costs or stay within your outsource budgets. Computer Numerical Control machines can perform hundreds of machining operations in one set-up. Because they are memory controlled, manufacturing instructions are executed with repetitive precision accuracy; therefore, insuring the utmost quality possible. We have available to you six double-productive 4-axis lathes. These lathes provide valuable time saving turning capacity. In addition, we have large lathes equipped with up to 12 1/2 through hole spindles, tailstocks capable of up to 20' between canters and chucking capacity up to 48". All of these can machine complex angles, radii and tapers in one operation. Our mill department incorporates seven 3-axis Mazak machining centers, three 4-axis G&L machining centers and one full 5-axis G&L machining center. Considering these capabilities and capacities, our lathe and mill departments can complete your most complex machining requirements.

SPECIALTY SERVICES Deep-Hole Drilling and Boring, Trepanning, and Straightening are among some hard to find services offered at our Houston facility. Our machinery can treepan or deep hole drill up to 6" diameter holes and up to 32 feet deep in one direction, or halfway through in each direction. These machines are perfectly suited for production of high strength tubular products and other application used in the mining, oil & gas drilling, petro-chemical, defense and marine industries. Straightening Press employing 1,600,000 pounds (800 tons) of straightening force can handle bar stock up to 12" in diameter and lengths up to 48 feet long. Conventional Machinery is available with over 40 conventional and production support machines enabling us to produce specialty tooling, jobs and fixtures. Indexing Chucks featuring automatic clamping and indexing are available from 12" to 32" capacity. These special chucks are ideal for your high quantity, multi-sided machining applications. CMM Inspection performed to your specifications. We will employ our Servo drive, programmable CMM for dimensional inspection of your critical service components and provide you with inspection reports as required.
